About the Role

Data analysts play a pivotal role in business intelligence, enabling functional teams to identify key metrics and reporting needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership & KPI Development
    • Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and marketing teams to define key metrics and business questions.
    • Facilitate workshops to uncover pain points and success measures.
    • Translate business processes into measurable KPIs.
  • Analytics & Insight Generation
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
    • Develop trusted reporting and analytics using Medallion Architecture data.
    • Build analytical models and dashboards with Power BI tools.
  • Data Validation & Metric Governance
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions.
    • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions and ownership.
    • Contribute to a trusted semantic layer in Power BI by collaborating on metric alignment.
  • Enablement & Storytelling
    • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
    • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions.
    • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
    • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not required.
    • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
    • Experience working with modern BI tools and strong understanding of KPIs.
    • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements.
