What you'll be doing

  • Collect, analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business improvement
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
  • Support the implementation and optimization of business intelligence systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, techniques and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Teleperformance's data-driven decision-making capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science or Computer Science
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau or SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and a keen interest in emerging BI trends
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development
