We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes to support seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.

This role bridges the gap between technical data teams and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient controls of data processing systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Cleaning and Transformation:
    • Identifying and resolving data quality issues such as duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
  • Data Quality Monitoring:
    • Establishing and maintaining data quality metrics, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Pipeline Management:
    • Managing existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyzing operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • System Administration:
    • Maintaining and troubleshooting data and reporting systems, including simple data and reporting tools administrative tasks.
  • BAU Ownership
    • Manage and process existing BAU automated processes. Act as first-level incident support analysts in case of failure and maintenance of Ops Manual for ease of issue resolution.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in any IT or Computer-related field, preferably in Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or Statistics. You will also need 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
