Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Treasury Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our treasury operations, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring a deep understanding of payment processes and treasury functions
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner and ensuring all items are actioned as expected
  • Communicating relevant information to colleagues within the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer information is retained within pertinent files
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed daily in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management as necessary
  • Providing support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners regarding incoming and outgoing payment transactions
  • Authenticating documentation and transaction information
  • Organizing treasury meetings, setting agendas, and circulating minutes of the meeting
  • Maintaining effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Diligence, conscientiousness, organization, and accuracy
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
  • Treating company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluency in English, with practical examples
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment pertaining to money transmission businesses in Ireland, ensuring adherence to internal controls and procedures
