About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Analyst to join our team. As an EDI Analyst, you will be responsible for providing production support and coordinating new EDI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations.
  • Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.
  • Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers.
  • Execute daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments and providing status updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software systems.
