- Building and maintaining internal documentation for project status reviews;
- Creating and managing external-facing status updates for clients;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule;
- Ensuring smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms);
- Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision;
