Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager role at Canonical is focused on developing strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional experiences through a deep understanding of their objectives and needs.

This position plays a critical part in the CSM organisation, primarily focusing on the Tech segment, including store customers. The CSM will have a portfolio assigned to onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical's products and support processes.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is empathetic, and has a passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu. They should be proficient in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian, alongside excellent English command.

In this role, you will:

  • Support customers by finding solutions to ticket requests.
  • Enrich documentation about problem solving, Q&A, and onboarding materials.
  • Drive campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities.
  • Identify high potential as well as high risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support in developing and delivering engagement plans that fulfill the customer's objectives.
