We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure manager to oversee the maintenance and upgrade of our systems. This role involves ensuring seamless network operations, efficient server performance, and prompt troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer cloud-based systems with expertise in AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Maintain network health and optimize server configurations.
  • Implement automated alerting and monitoring system logs.
  • Develop tools to mitigate vulnerabilities in incident management or software delivery processes.
  • Troubleshoot Support Escalation requests efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade new hardware and software to meet business objectives.
  • Establish security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Manage user access and permissions effectively.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to enhance computer system efficiency.
  • Document processes, backup data, and design efficient data retrieval and recovery strategies.
  • Design and implement end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
