Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to fill the role of Agency Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing events and promotions that drive engagement and sales objectives.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Rewards Administration, with a proven track record of handling events administration, rewards administration, and inventory management. You will be responsible for collaborating with Agency Sales and Support Heads to secure approvals and implement promos and events.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing events and promo materials to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborating with Agency Sales and Support Heads to secure approvals and implementation of promos and events
  • Handling rewards administration and payout of incentives
  • Ensuring timely release of promos and event materials
  • Handling inventory of promos and event materials
  • Managing event expenses and ensuring they stay within budget
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of event and promo requirements
  • Ensuring promo and event materials align with our branding identity
  • Maintaining records of officially released promo and event communications
