The Digital Engagement & Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand loyalty, and sales through digital channels. This position is crucial for maintaining a strong and consistent digital presence for the retail brand while delivering personalized customer experiences that are value-driven.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Engagement Strategy
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies across digital touchpoints (social media, email, website, mobile apps).

  • Strengthen brand-consumer relationships by curating personalized, interactive, and localized content for the Philippine market.

  • Champion omnichannel integration to ensure consistent brand experiences online and offline.

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and key retail seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, back-to-school).

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to ensure ROI and KPIs are met.

3. Social Media & Community Management
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation in real time.

  • Partner with local influencers and brand ambassadors to boost reach and engagement.

4. Customer Experience & Retention
  • Develop and oversee digital loyalty programs, customer feedback loops, and post-purchase engagement strategies.

  • Use CRM tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized messaging based on shopping behavior and preferences.

  • Analyze customer journeys and optimize touchpoints to improve satisfaction and retention.

5. E-commerce & Online Sales Support
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align digital engagement efforts with sales goals.

  • Support online promotions through targeted messaging and landing pages that convert.

  • Ensure product pages, banners, and digital assets are optimized for user engagement and SEO.

6. Analytics & Insights
  • Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, conversion rates) and analyze customer behavior.

  • Use insights from Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM platforms to refine strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement trends.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with merchandising, visual, creative, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign timing.

  • Coordinate with external partners, digital agencies, and platform representatives (e.g., Meta, Google) to maximize reach and performance.

8. Compliance & Brand Integrity
  • Ensure all content and communication are aligned with brand guidelines and comply with Philippine regulations on data privacy and advertising.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the retail industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content marketing, and consumer engagement tools.

  • Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email automation, and CRM systems.

  • Creative, analytical, and customer-focused with strong project management skills.
