AI-Powered Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an innovative AI Automation Specialist to support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations.

  1. Develop, manage, and repurpose content across various platforms.
  2. Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets in Canva.
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  4. Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content.
  5. Prepare all content for approval workflows.
  6. Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement.
  7. Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling.
  8. Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.
  9. Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar.
  10. Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
  • Understanding of compliance and the marketing environment preferred
