About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a leadership role in quality assurance and control within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to review and evaluate technical requirements and documents to ensure they meet established standards and criteria. You will also perform acceptance inspections, examinations, and tests to verify that construction work meets specifications and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate technical requirements and documents for content and quality
* Perform all acceptance inspections, examinations, and tests to verify that construction work meets specifications and regulations
* Verify that quality certification records and reports are accurate, complete, and legible
* Verify that all measurement and test equipment is within prescribed accuracy limits and in good working order prior to performance of acceptance inspection or test
* Report and document any discrepancies noted for resolution and corrective action
* Assist in scheduling and attend Preparatory Phase meetings, Initial Phase inspections, and continually follow up on work in place

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with relevant certifications
* At least 2-3 years' experience in construction as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional
* Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Implementation is preferred
* Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
