Job Title: Industrial Process Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, identifying and resolving equipment and process issues.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, troubleshoot and repair as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
