We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation of invoices
- Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
