Monitoring & Reliability Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring & Reliability Engineer to safeguard system uptime, build world-class observability, and drive reliability across our platform.

This high-impact role involves designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime. As a key member of our team, you will work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement monitoring and logging systems to ensure high system uptime.
  • Buid dashboards and visualizations to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain alerting pipelines to quickly respond to system issues.
  • Use automation tools to reduce toil and improve overall system efficiency.

In this mission-critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating response during critical incidents, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced reliability engineering practices (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets).
  • Familiarity with low-code automation tools for operational workflows.
