As an accomplished marketing professional, you have the opportunity to lead our email and text communications strategy.

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled individual who will oversee email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization (90% email / 10% text), ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.

  • The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, or campaign strategy.
  • A strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management is required.
  • Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs is necessary.
  • Persuasive, compliant copywriting skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools is expected.
  • Familiarity with SMS campaign tools is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation
    • Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
    • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
  • Campaign Management & Analytics
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
    • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
