Compliance Specialist Role">

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our carrier network.

Responsibilities include collecting and verifying insurance certificates from carriers, accurately entering and updating carrier data, reviewing and validating insurance coverage for compliance and legitimacy, identifying and correcting data discrepancies, communicating with insurance representatives, organizing and maintaining digital records and compliance files, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements.

  • High school diploma required; additional certifications in data entry/administrative roles an asset
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of database management an advantage
