Role Description

The Process Improvement Director will lead the development and implementation of quality processes that meet client requirements. This includes designing new processes for QC functioning to meet client-specific requirements and ensuring seamless migrations to quality compliance.

Key Accountabilities

  1. You must have in-depth knowledge of the insurance domain and quality systems (ISO, COPC).
  2. You will lead process improvement projects, train personnel on quality tools and concepts, and mentor Assistant Managers/Group Business Leaders.
  3. You will ensure ongoing compliance to quality standards based on internal and client requirements.
  4. You will work closely with clients and the operations team to carry out process improvement activities and facilitate best practice sharing and standardization.
  5. You will perform ongoing reviews to ensure compliance to Quality Standard Documents (QSD) to all certification and internal/client requirements.
