We're at the forefront of revolutionizing employee development and business success. Our Operational Learning team seeks a skilled Digital Learning Designer to drive proactive, skills-based learning strategies through cutting-edge digital solutions.

About the Role

As a Digital Learning Designer, you'll be responsible for creating impactful digital learning solutions that enhance learner engagement and improve employee knowledge, skills, and job performance. You'll work on multiple large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team.

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning games.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content meets audio/visual technical specifications, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality solutions and consistently meet project schedules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong experience in building digital learning solutions.
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing startup-like agility with structured scale.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in e-learning, including AI usage in learning.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions.
  • Experience designing engaging learning interventions beyond traditional page-turners.
  • A commitment to maintaining and developing knowledge in educational technology, adult learning, and educational best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle), Articulate Storyline, and SCORM.
