Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced mortgage support specialist to assist in administrative tasks, loan processing and client coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in mortgage documentation, compliance and lender communication. They will be responsible for preparing and submitting loan applications, tracking loan progress and coordinating with lenders, underwriters and settlement agents.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and cloud collaboration tools. They will also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders.
