This role involves managing a small SME portfolio with key existing clients and new business prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage existing small SME portfolio with key clients and new business opportunities.
  2. Support the MD in administrative tasks including processing, quoting, remarketing renewals, and pre-renewal preparation for larger client portfolios.
  3. Debtors management and small claims management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant courses.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage administration, preferably with Australian insurance companies.
  3. Experience with Insight, SCTP, and multiple insurer Sunrise platforms would be advantageous.
  4. Strong Microsoft skills, with expertise in Excel.
  5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong commercial acumen.
