Job Summary

This is a pivotal role for a Senior Data and Insights Analyst to contribute significantly to our Sales Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver clear, actionable insights. They must be detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in analysis, and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the sales operations team to analyze sales performance, optimize processes, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall sales efficiency and growth.

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard and Report Development:
    • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, CRMA (Salesforce Analytics Studio), Tableau, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to understand specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements.
  • Data Quality and Integrity:
    • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization.
    • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation.
    • Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary.

  • Collaboration with Sales Operations team members to understand and gather clear data requirements for accurate and requested reports/dashboards.
  • Delivery of high-impact dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
