Lead Data Insights Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Insights Specialist to join our Mobile App Product Team.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for creating data-driven user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms, working closely with our engineers and product team to measure and analyze user behavior. Their insights will inform our decision-making process, shaping the future direction of our apps.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop KPIs and measurement plans, creating detailed reports and dashboards to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to define measurement specifications for new features.
  • Work closely with our agile product development team, participating in daily stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, and backlog refinements.
  • Plan and analyze A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

Required Skills

  • More than 3 years of experience in digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, including averages, means, quantiles, and correlations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with BI tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, or Tableau.
  • Experience with LTV calculations and predictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of global apps and marketing ecosystems.
  • Basic programming or scripting language skills.
  • Expertise in planning and conducting A/B tests.
