Data Analyst – Sales Operations Support Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our Sales Operations team in transforming data into actionable insights. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory, and reducing operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations (Fulfill.io): Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external app development teams.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Fulfill.io preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
