Business Intelligence Lead

This is a senior role that requires hands-on experience with SQL, Excel and BI tools. If you have a strong command of data analysis and are skilled in TripleWhale and HubSpot, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As Business Intelligence Lead, You Will:

  1. Design and implement a powerful data ecosystem that brings clarity to every decision we make.
  2. Own the integration and optimization of platforms like TripleWhale and HubSpot.
  3. Work closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales, product, finance and operations to ensure our data is not just accurate but actionable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prioritize business-critical questions aligned with growth goals.
  • Translate strategic needs into technical solutions using TripleWhale and HubSpot.
  • Configure and optimize reporting systems across platforms.
  • Ensure clean data flow between Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, TripleWhale and others.
Phase 1: Build the Data Infrastructure

Key Tasks for Phase 1 Include:

  1. Building custom dashboards and automated reports for key functions.
  2. Delivering regular insights on funnel performance, customer journeys, retention and ROI.
  3. Defining and evolving North Star and operational KPIs in partnership with leadership.
  4. Enabling teams to confidently self-serve the data they need.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years' experience in a hands-on data analyst or analytics engineering role, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS or performance marketing.
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel and BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, customer journeys and lifecycle metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful implementation of TripleWhale and HubSpot.
  • Organisation-wide trust in reporting from TripleWhale and HubSpot.
  • Measurable increase in stakeholder self-serve access and confidence.
  • Regular delivery of actionable insights across marketing and sales funnels.
  • Reduced manual reporting through automation and dashboarding.
  • Clarity and visibility on key business metrics (LTV, CAC, CVR etc.).
