Business Operations Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Business and Finance Analyst to evaluate and analyze business operations. This role is critical in identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze financial data to identify areas for process improvements.
  • Develop, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment (ROI) analysis on projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
  • Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in finance.
  • Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in software applications and technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
