Logistics & Travel Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Travel Coordinator to support the planning and execution of travel and logistics for personnel.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with DoD regulations
  • Arrange logistics for training events, site visits, and equipment deliveries
  • Work with vendors to secure cost-effective transportation and lodging
  • Manage travel documentation, itineraries, approvals, and records
  • Handle visa applications, foreign clearances, and travel authorizations
  • Support mobilization and demobilization logistics for project personnel
  • Prepare travel cost estimates and assist with tracking expenses
  • Maintain and distribute current travel policies and procedures
  • Respond to emergency travel changes, delays, or cancellations
  • Assist in the procurement and shipment of materials and equipment

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business, or Administration, along with at least 3 years of experience managing international travel and logistics.

Key qualifications include familiarity with DoD travel rules and foreign clearance requirements, strong knowledge of international travel procedures and visa processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel coordination tools, and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
