Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill an Influencer Marketing Assistant role in our marketing agency.

This part-time remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys building and managing influencer relationships, maintaining communication through email and DMs, and supporting campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement and track communications, deliverables, and campaign progress.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
  • Provide general marketing operations support as needed for client influencer programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident on email and comfortable with short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with influencer programs or agencies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Experience with marketing operations (campaign tracking, reporting, or CRM usage).
  • Prior client-facing experience, comfortable building rapport with external partners.
