Compliance and Risk Management Professional

This is a senior-level full-time position focused on ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements. The role oversees all processes related to licensing, accreditation, and renewals for real estate professionals.

The Compliance and Risk Management Professional will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring changes and updates in regulations and processes and ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Managing a centralized database of all licenses, certifications, renewals, and related documentation for brokers and salespersons.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to internal stakeholders on regulatory processes, including applications, renewals, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to align compliance with internal policies on recruitment, promotion, and professional credentialing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing coordination, or real estate operations. Prior experience dealing with regulatory bodies is an advantage.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, especially in dealing with government agencies and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems is required.
