We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations adhere to internal policies and external legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure company-wide adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits, documenting findings and recommending remedial actions.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance training sessions and materials for internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate compliance issues, complaints, or breaches, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
  • Develop, update, and implement compliance procedures and policies where necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process of new vendors and partners, ensuring compliance with due diligence and vendor accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations) to align business processes with compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries or audits.
  • Maintain organized compliance records and ensure proper data protection practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compliance status, risks, and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs. They will also possess knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs.
  • Background in e-Commerce, Logistics, or Finance is beneficial.
  • Six Sigma Knowledge or Certificate is an advantage
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, audit and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent research, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
