A Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing demands from manufacturing plants and making purchases to replenish stock. The role requires daily management of demands, vendor management, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of demands from 6 manufacturing plants in EAME and making the purchases to replenish stock.
  • Liaise with Local Supply Chain Planners/Site Supply Chain Managers to ensure a smooth day-to-day planning process.
  • Work with vendors to improve processes and performance, such as delivery schedules and mutual process improvement.
  • Optimize raw material availability, global inventory days, inventory write-off, and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Management, or Operations Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Planning or Operational Buying.
  • Understanding of MRP and related applications in managing demand and supply.
  • Ability to manage expectations in an international environment.
  • Experiences in a role requiring a deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
