The primary role of a Business Development Specialist is to identify, develop and secure strategic business opportunities that align with the company's broader objectives.
This position demands a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can effectively expand market presence, foster long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Identify potential markets, clients and opportunities for business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Prepare and present compelling product lines, company profiles and solutions to end-users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to align business development efforts
- Track industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
