Business Development Specialist

The primary role of a Business Development Specialist is to identify, develop and secure strategic business opportunities that align with the company's broader objectives.

This position demands a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can effectively expand market presence, foster long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify potential markets, clients and opportunities for business expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Prepare and present compelling product lines, company profiles and solutions to end-users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to align business development efforts
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
