Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our company's financial transactions, ensure accurate and timely payments, and maintain healthy relationships with clients and vendors.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations. Additionally, they will handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable aging reports, following up on overdue accounts and discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients
