Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our product teams with insights gained from analyzing company data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-derived insights and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
This role involves working closely with the product, engineering, client services, and publishing teams to support their decision-making process with facts, insights, and recommendations.
Gather requirements and determine the best course of action for analysis, define robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes, use data to identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas.
Plan and prioritize insights that drive business targets, analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps.
Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders and train crew with dashboards when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Support product teams with data-driven insights
- Work closely with multiple teams to drive business results
- Analyze large-scale data sets to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain robust datasets and dashboards
- Identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas
- Report on A/B test results and recommend next steps
- Experience working with large-scale data sets
- Experience in data analysis, cleaning, or visualization
- Experience with Enterprise Digital Analytics tools such as Snowplow, GA4
- Experience with modern data warehousing solutions
- Team player qualities including collaboration, respect, and service focus
- Willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and expertise
- Familiarity with dbt and GitHub
- Solid grasp of applied statistics
- Deep understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines and assets
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
