Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic data analysis. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our investment team to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret startup databases and financial metrics to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Track industry developments, deal activity, and portfolio performance to inform investment decisions.
  • Support research efforts for new markets, sectors, and technologies to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and market developments.
  • Manage and maintain internal databases of companies, contacts, and industry benchmarks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Automate routine data tasks using Excel, SQL, or lightweight scripting to increase efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, visuals, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to due diligence processes by providing data-driven insights and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with associates and partners to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Support the implementation of native AI solutions across the firm to enhance operational efficiency and deal quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Previous experience in startups or venture capital firms is highly desirable; a demonstrated interest is also beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages.
  • SQL querying skills for structured datasets.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
