We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-performance websites, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

You will work collaboratively with our digital marketing team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in front-end development and website optimization will be essential in meeting modern standards for performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities
  • Implement custom web designs and develop websites on Shopify and WordPress
  • Improve site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets
  • Provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs

A typical day in this role may include:

  • Developing new features and functionality for our clients' websites
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing
  • Expertise in front-end development and website optimization
  • Strong understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
