About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading product and packaging development from concept through execution, ensuring that all products meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both product and packaging development processes, with a strong ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects. This person will work closely with various teams, including product development, production, purchasing, marketing, and sales, as well as vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product and packaging strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting thorough research to gather data that clarifies product specifications.
  • Serve as the expert for product and packaging review, ensuring all samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements.
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers to ensure quality and optimal pricing while managing the development budget effectively.
  • Evaluate and implement sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management).
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
  • Specific experience in textile or accessories product development is a plus.
