About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of innovative products.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both product and packaging development processes, with exceptional project management skills.

  • Drive product and packaging development from conception through execution
  • Analyze product briefs, conducting thorough research to gather data that clarifies product specifications
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product and packaging review, ensuring all samples meet aesthetic standards, color accuracy, and functional requirements
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers to ensure quality and optimal pricing, and ensure all expenditures remain within financial targets
  • Evaluate all packaging to ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals
