We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories
  • Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue
  • Comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future
\

**Requirements**

\

To be successful in this role, you must have:

\
  • At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
  • Amenable to be trained on site
\

**What We Offer**

In addition to a competitive salary (Php30,000 - Php40,000, negotiable), we offer a range of benefits including HMO with 2 dependents, retirement plan, medical reimbursement, insurance coverage, and 30 leave credits per year.
