Job Overview

We seek an HR Manager to lead our human resources function, providing strategic leadership and operational support across multiple facets of HR.

This role will interface with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives enhance business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and HR development.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and staff to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international HR staff to align HR processes with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements, coordinate onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to management in sensitive situations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet key business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and oversee submission of annual EEO-1 Report to regulatory agencies.
  • Improve HR policies and processes, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans, administer 401k and backup plan administration.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints and address teammate grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
