Leadership Development and Succession Planning Expert

Job Description:

As a Leadership Development and Succession Planning Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing talent management programs to nurture future leaders and meet business requirements.

  • Design and implement learning and development strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Create career pathways and progression opportunities within the organization.
  • Manage high-potential talent and succession management programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

Learning and Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies based on business needs.
  • Prioritize financial resources for L&D and invest in strategic capabilities.
  • Capture ROI of L&D strategy and programs.
Organization Development:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create business cases for organizational development and change interventions.
  • Recommend OD delivery models and diagnostic tools to assess current and future capability needs.
  • Influence strategic development initiatives at group and functional levels.
Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement an effective performance management framework.
  • Support line managers in cascading and communicating objectives and key results.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management system.
Talent Development and Succession Management:
  • Co-create talent management frameworks and processes to identify and retain top talents.
  • Recommend talent assessment tools to identify emerging leaders.
  • Analyze talent-related data to improve impact and relevance.
Career Management:
  • Develop career development frameworks and toolkits to enable employees to take ownership of their careers.
  • Coach and enable line managers to provide consistent career development conversations.
  • Plan and execute company-wide communication activities to build awareness of career structure and options.
Analytics and Insights:
  • Correlate financial and workforce analytics to inform HR metrics and decision-making.
  • Develop insightful presentations using HR metrics and workforce analytics.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience in human resource, learning and organization development, or similar disciplines.
  2. Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, organization development, or social science.
