Lead Learning and Development Initiatives

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and evaluate impactful training initiatives that support team development and drive business results.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning to inspire growth and improvement.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend innovative solutions to enhance team effectiveness and guest service delivery.
  • Ensure all training practices are aligned with industry standards and company values.
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and coaching to ensure consistent improvement and impact.
What You Bring:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
  • A passion for empowering others and building strong learning cultures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and modern training methodologies.
