Job Title: Operations Director

Overview:

The Operations Director plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization. Reporting directly to the senior management team, this individual will oversee all aspects of operational strategy, implementation, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements call center strategies to improve system performance, resolve problems, and enhance customer service.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence through process improvements, quality assurance, and staff development.
  • Manages budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborates with external partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of higher education in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of director-level experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • Experience handling multiple Telco programs is highly desirable.
