Operations Leadership Role

This position is responsible for leading the operations team to achieve business objectives. The Operations Director will develop and implement strategies to improve system performance, manage staff, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops call center systems by defining user requirements, establishing technical specifications, and planning implementations.
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying problems, and preparing action plans.
  • Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, and analyzing variances.
Requirements:
  • Must have completed at least 2 years in college, any field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of Director experience in a related industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite.
  • Experience handling multiple programs is preferred.
