Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the estimation process for projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and assembling comprehensive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed assessments of received drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate the distribution and tracking of RFPs to ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders
  • Prepare thorough estimates for each project, incorporating all necessary details and updates
  • Ensure seamless integration of changes and revisions into existing estimates
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project requirements are met
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an estimator or in a similar role
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools, such as Monday.com

Additional Considerations: While not essential, experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
