Job Opportunity: Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to play a crucial role in our projects by accurately estimating the cost and resources required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry & Management
    • Enter project data into the company's CRM system with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project costs.
    • Manage and organize project documents, including plans, specifications, and proposals.
  • Takeoffs
    • Perform detailed takeoffs from blueprints and specifications, including material quantities, labor hours, and equipment needs.
    • Utilize industry-standard software for takeoff and quantity calculations.
  • Estimate Preparation
    • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
    • Analyze project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • CRM Tool Utilization
    • Effectively utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor project progress.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve estimating accuracy.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with construction estimating software.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Experience in Data Entry.
