Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Development Specialist to focus on the development of proposals and bids for audio-visual projects. The successful candidate will create detailed proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos installations to complex systems with automated shades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes.
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software.
