Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for testing and validating complex software to ensure that products meet industry standards and end-user requirements.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product engineering members from both domestic and international locations. The position requires independent and collaborative work, with functional, technical, and administrative supervision from a team lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the development team in refining requirements and defining test coverage.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts and perform different levels of product testing, including integration, regression, and exploratory testing through automated tests.
  • Ensure product testing is completed within established guidelines and according to industry standards.
  • Contribute to the tracking and resolution of defects, including reporting defects, recreating them as necessary, and validating resolved defects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficient in English communication skills, both oral and written.
