Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests to validate the functionality and performance of our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve the overall quality of our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software meets requirements and is free from defects
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of software quality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing using Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing principles
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
