As an Administrative Services Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our team's productivity and efficiency. Your duties will include transcription, preparing paperwork, scheduling consultations with clients, and preparing weekly reports.Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcription: Accurately transcribe audio or video recordings to provide written summaries or notes.
  • Paperwork Preparation: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials for internal use or distribution.
  • Scheduling: Schedule consultations with clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare and email weekly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key information and progress.
  • File Management: Update virtual files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  • Task Management: Build ongoing task lists, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Technical Requirements:
  • Computer Processor: A minimum 1 GHz processor, Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen) or AMD equivalent.
  • Internet Connectivity: A stable 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection using USB sticks or signal-based connections is not allowed.
  • Operating System: Windows or Mac.
Requirements:
  • No Experience Required: While experience is a plus, it is not necessary.
  • MST Working Time: Work according to MST time zone.
  • IHA (Medical Assistance): Receive medical assistance benefits.
